Overview of ShopFactors Australia

1. Getting Access

The Australian ShopFactors site is located at au.ShopFactors.com and is available to Australian Factors Group Employees and special invitees only. To shop, you must request access using the "Request Access" button on the homepage of the site. Please use both your work and personal email addresses to gain entry.

Note about personal email accounts:

We require the use of personal email addresses because not all Factors Group employees have corporate email accounts that can send/receive messages from third-party systems, like Shopify, on which the store is built.

Request reviews:

Once you have requested access, the ShopFactors Australian Commissary team will review your request. If approved, they'll send you an invitation directly from Shopify.

2. Logging In

Once your account is approved, you can log in. Note that the ShopFactors Australia site uses email verification codes instead of usernames/passwords for access.

To log in:

1. Visit au.ShopFactors.com and click the "Log in" button.
2. Enter your personal email address (the one you used to request access) and click the send arrow.
3. You'll receive a verification code in your email inbox.
4. Copy that code and enter it into the site and begin shopping.

3. Discounts, Store Credit and Checkout

If you have store credit available to you, you will see that on the Store Credit page of the cart as well as within the shopping cart itself (after you have added at least one product to the cart).

To use store credit:

1. Add at least one product to your cart
2. Click the "Apply Store Credit" text link on the shopping cart page
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Click the "Apply Store Credit" button on the checkout page
